Paid terms

A term paid ahead can be cancelled for a full refund. The current term can be cancelled within 14 days of paying, with a refund of the unused time; the plan ends right away. Refunds go back to how you paid.

When it ends

Luwu Pay doesn't keep cards, so nothing is charged by itself. With a renewal chosen, a payment link comes by email and to your phone 7 days before the end; pay it, or pay now, and the plan continues without a gap.

Change plan

Payment is handled by Luwu Pay: card, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay or Alipay. Prices in US dollars. Buying the plan you're on adds a term after the current one; a different plan replaces it and credits its unused time. All plans and questions.
