Relay traffic is counted at your computers and only when a connection goes through a Luwu relay; direct connections between your devices aren't counted. Days are UTC. Numbers update every minute.
A token lets a script or a CI job send a notification to your phones, for example when a build finishes. It can't open your computers or read anything. Use it with luwu notify --title "Build passed" (set LUWU_TOKEN) or POST https://api.luwu.dev/v1/notify.
